Few Reminders for BSPT Freshies

1. Kindly log in to your student portal for your enrollment.
2. Pay your enrollment fees at the University Cashier’s office.
3. Please, submit your original copy of Form 5 and original receipts at the PT department starting tomorrow until Monday, July 7, 2025.

Please, be guided with the schedule of registration. You can submit original copies of your documents after registration.
