Statement of the P*P on irresponsible social media posts against physicians

In the Asia-Pacific region, our country has the fastest growing number of HIV cases. The number of new cases went up by 550% from 4,400 in 2010 to 29,600 in 2024 (WHO 2025).

Alarming figures, however, should go beyond the scare and instead inspire and encourage collective effort from the HCP community.

As such, the Philippine College of Physicians Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee through It's I.M Connected Year 3, would like to invite all HCPs from all specialties to our first, must-not-miss webinar on HIV via zoom.
