𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓:

All qualified (MCAT score of 72 and above) first-priority Bachelor of Psychology applicants are required to confirm their slots on May 4–5, 2026 by submitting hard copies of the following requirements to the College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Social Sciences:

1. MCAT Result
2. Original PSA Birth Certificate
3. Form 138 (Grade 12 Report Card)
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. 2×2 ID Picture and 1×1 ID Picture (2 pcs each)

Failure to comply within the given dates will result in the forfeiture of your slot, which will be given to waitlisted applicants.

Note: Please place all documents in a long brown envelope for proper filing. Ensure that you have scanned or kept digital copies of all documents before submission.
