The entire Region 1, spearheaded by the Schools Division of the City of Batac and the City Government of Batac, recognizes the transformative power of reading in the celebration of National Reading Month, illuminating pathways to Araw ng Pagbasa on November 22, 2024, at Mariano Marcos Memorial Elementary School, City of Batac.
This year's theme, "Sa Pagbasa May Pag-asa," empowers learners to develop critical thinking, reading awareness, and advocacy.
