He argued that if you work for an organization, you should work for it wholeheartedly and speak well of it, rather than complaining and undermining it. If you choose to criticize or condemn the organization, he suggests resigning instead of undermining it from within.

Being disloyal or critical, individual members in SRB weaken their position within the organization and make themselves vulnerable to being dismissed when things get tough, like a tree without strong roots being blown away by the wind
