Rising Leader in Action: Jhoana Faye R. Magalit Joins Division Leadership Training 2026

Empowered to lead and inspired to serve, Jhoana Faye R. Magalit of Ipil Integrated School proudly represented the District of Batan as one of the selected participants in the Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) Leadership Training for School Year 2026–2027, held on March 23–24, 2026 in Ati-atihan Festival Hotel, Kalibo, Aklan.

Anchored on the theme “DFSSLG: Leading with Values, Serving with Virtues,” the two-day training gathered young leaders across the Schools Division of Aklan to strengthen their leadership skills and deepen their commitment to the core Filipino values—Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Maka-Kalikasan, at Maka-Bansa.

Throughout the activity, Jhoana actively engaged in various technical sessions, including social media literacy, environmental stewardship, values formation, nationalism, and service to others. These sessions aimed to mold student leaders into responsible, value-driven individuals capable of making meaningful contributions to their schools and communities.

Her participation in this significant event marks not only a personal achievement but also a reflection of Ipil Integrated School’s dedication to nurturing empowered and service-oriented learners.

As she steps forward in her leadership journey, Jhoana Faye R. Magalit stands as a testament that today’s youth are ready to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
