1.Kukmin or National Pension 국민연금 - to be claimed and transfer by NPS
* Maaari itong kunin sa araw ng pag exit or sa Pinas din( Just present your bank account in Philippines)

2. Return Cost Insurance 귀국비용보험- to be claimed and transfer by Samsung Fire Insurance
* Ito po yong KRW400,000 won. Makukuha ito bago mag exit sa Pinas. 1week ito papasok s account natin after we process it in the Job center. Kasama dito ibinabalik ang Casualty Insurance transfered by Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance (Samsung Hwajae)

3. Departure Guarantee Insurance 출국만기보험 - to be claimed and transferred by Samsung Fire Insurance. Ito ay mas kilala din sa tawag na Twejikeum Samsung. This is the partial payment of severance pay from our Employer. Ang pagkuha nito ay inaaplay sa Job center pagka nag ayos ng exit clearance at kasabay ang pagproseso nito ng 400,000 won na return cost insurance.
* Maaari itong kunin sa araw ng pag exit or sa Pinas din. (Just present your bank account in the Philippines) Ito ang inihuhulog or contribution ng sajang sa Samsung which is 8.3% of your gross pay. (Hindi ito kinakaltas sa monthly salary)

4. Severance Pay or Twejikeum Chaek 퇴직금차액 - To be claimed in your company(Sajangnim)
* Maaari itong kunin sa araw ng pag exit or sa Pinas( Depende sa usapan ninyo ng Sajang nyo). Ito ang computation ng last 3months calendar na sahod ninyo. Qualified lang dito makakuha pag ang isang workers ay naka 1 taon sa kompanya.

Note: Kapag ang Sajang ay hndi nagbigay ng Twejikeum maaari ninyo itong ilapit or i consult sa Migrants Center, just bring your last three months payslip to compute.

🔺Samsung Twejikum- 7,000,000 (Departure Guarantee Insurance) 출국만기보험
🔺Samsung - 400,000 (Return Cost Insurance) 귀국비용보험
🔺Company Twejikum Chaek 퇴직금차액 - 6,000,000

Maliban pa dito ang last salary at ibinibigay na Yeoncha 연차 or Annual Leave( depende Sa company)
