📍 Location: Paseo Dimayuga Comemercial Complex, San Roque, Sto Tomas Batangas

🕒 Full-Time

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales and team development? We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our growing team!

🔍 What You’ll Do:

-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

-Present and promote products/services aligned with client needs and requirements.

-Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

-Conduct market research to analyze trends and customer needs.

-Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

-Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize sales strategies.

-Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and provide after-sales support.

-Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings when needed.

✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. ( Preferred but not required)
-Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role
-Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
-Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
-Goal-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
-Experience in marketing or entrepreneurship-related industries is a plus
