All planter-members of NOPA (Negros Oriental Planters Association) are hereby informed to kindly secure your RSBSA (Registry System for the Basic Sectors in Agriculture) number from the Department of Agriculture (DA) in your respective area.

After securing your RSBSA number, please submit it to the NOPA Office for the processing of your Cash Assistance from the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA).

📌 Please submit your RSBSA number (1 photocopy only) as soon as possible.
