We are happy and proud to announce that 38 ASTHRDP-NSC graduate scholars have graduated from VSU, Class of A.Y. 2025. They are as follows:

CONGRATULATIONS to the Faculty of Agriculture & Food Science (FAFS) particularly the Department of Agronomy for passing the Evaluation of its PhD in Agronomy program for inclusion in the ASTHRDP graduate scholarship held on 15 April 2025 at VSU.

The Technical Working Group was composed of the Chairman, Engr. Albert G. Mariño (Deputy Director of SEI), and the following members: Prof. Fortunato "Boy" de la Peña (Former DOST Secretary & SEI Consultant), Dr. Ariel G. Mactal (VP for Admin at Central Luzon State Univ), Dr. Celia Medina (Professor of Entomology, UPLB), Dr. John Glenn Ocaña (Regional Director, DOST RO VIII), and Dr. Norman G. de Jesus (Professor, Pampanga State University of Agriculture). The TWG was assisted by Ms. Camille Jeanne Hulinganga and Ms. Pamela Jane Cano (DOST-SEI Technical Staff).
