The Science Department held its back-to-back 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙇𝘼𝘾 𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 titled “𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓-𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑭𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌" focusing on how clear, timely, and constructive feedback guides learners in understanding mistakes, improving performance, and becoming more independent in their learning. Teachers explored practical approaches such as formative checks from Mr. Moyano, reflective questioning from Mr. Soriano, and feedback that is specific, actionable, and encouraging from Dr. Fitz Baniqued — turning assessment into a tool for growth rather than fear.
