Return to sender (RTS) shipping cost will be backed charged to you.
* Sellers will be responsible for shouldering Forward Shipping Fee and Return Shipping Fee.
* These cover the fees required to transport the item/s to and from the seller and will only be charged during Return/Refund cases due to seller-fault and Return-to-Seller (RTS) cases.
* Sellers will see this as an automatic deduction from their seller wallet a week or two after the item is returned.
* Shipping fees for Return-to-Seller cases (failed deliveries) will be automatically deducted from seller wallets.
