Exterior Design Upgrade for an Existing Home 🎥
Malolos, Bulacan

For this project, we worked on an unfinished, bare house and gave it the design it truly deserves. Instead of starting from scratch, I retained and reused existing design elements to preserve its original character - and reimagined the exterior to bring it to life.

Now finished with a sleek ash gray paint, enhanced by WPC accent panels with LED strips, spandrel ceiling panels, and a polycarbonate canopy around the perimeter. Modern, clean, and functional - perfect for a fresh new look without tearing everything down.
