Second, I hope the screenshots you shared presented the complete truth. Unfortunately, they appear highly one-sided, as they only show our responses while omitting the messages and statements that prompted those reactions. What was presented merely highlights how we responded, without providing the full context of the conversation.

Third, even if you review our replies, there is no harassment or bullying in them. If you are feeling stressed because of the issues surrounding the parcels, please understand that we are equally, if not more, stressed. We are the ones facing numerous customers every day who are demanding updates about their books.

If this is how concerns are handled when you are communicating with just one person—me—then I have to question the level of professionalism being applied to this situation. Furthermore, why should I be expected to issue a public apology when these issues would not have occurred in the first place had the boxes and orders been handled properly?

I am prepared to share the entire conversation to provide full context. Doing so is not an act of defamation; it is simply the presentation of facts.

Those replies were not harassment, bullying, or anything of that nature. They were expressions of disappointment and frustration regarding the ongoing issues we experienced at that time and continue to experience today.

If you truly wish to demonstrate professionalism, it should begin with ensuring that when an employee is absent for three weeks, there is another representative available to provide updates and address concerns. We should not have been left waiting for information that should have been communicated properly from the start.

The situation only escalated when parcels marked as "delivered" in your establishment could no longer be accounted for.

So I ask: does this constitute defamation when I am simply stating factual events and sharing my genuine experience regarding what happened?
