MSU-Buug Laboratory High School's student leaders are ready to lead!

Our 2nd Leadership Training on August 22, 2025, was a resounding success, thanks to the expertise of our incredible speakers: Ma'am Jehada Elias Osas, Director; Sir Mark Anthony Dalumpines, Senior High School Principal; Sir Edsel Manlangit; and Sir Anderson Undag from 1st Valley Bank.

Due to the intellectual and moral insights of our speakers, our eyes as young leaders were opened. Their presence was such an inspiration, and their contribution became stepping stones—guiding us to become greater leaders.

Student leaders gained essential skills in minute-taking, resource management, budgeting, liquidation, parliamentary procedure, and financial literacy – all crucial for effective leadership.

These skills are essential for effective organization, responsible resource management, and fair decision-making, empowering them to lead successfully and contribute to their school community.

The primary goal of this leadership training is to develop individuals who can effectively inspire, guide, and empower others to achieve common goals while also fostering personal growth and contributing positively to their organizations and communities.

May our young students continue their great work, and may they grow into even better leaders for the future. We are truly excited to see the fruits of the trees you've planted in our Laboratory, dear students!
