A Proposed Office Interior with Mezzanine Level 🪜

The client wants a bright and neutral office for their start-up company. The challenges in designing this former convenience store space are the mezzanine headroom height, the power layout, and the poor lighting condition.

In the approved design, we made sure to maximize the space, strategically relocate the existing convenience outlets and evaluate the luminous intensity of the lighting fixtures. 🕯
