Gregorio Miguel Pallugna, for being recognized among the Philippines’ TOP 5 under the category of Young Lawyer of the Year (Law Firm) during Thomson Reuters’ ALB Philippine Law Awards 2024 at the Makati Shangri-la Hotel.

This recognition, which was graced by legal leaders including former Chief Justice Disodado Peralta, is a significant milestone for PQAM & Partners as we find our firm as the only law firm from outside Metro Manila to have been included in this prestigious list.

The prestigious ALB Philippine Law Awards hosted by the Thomson Reuters Group and Asia Legal Business aims to recognize and celebrate excellence in the Philippine legal community, and will be held at the Makati Shangri-La on November 14, 2024.

PQAM lawyers Atty. Greg Pallugna, Atty George Quimpo and Atty Arlou Linaac, in photo with City Councilor Atty. Edgar Cabanlas, secure an order granting the issuance of a Writ of Preliminary Injunction for COWD consumer-clients Dr. Ronnie Waniwan and former Councilor Eric Salcedo, and the residents of Cagayan de Oro City.

After securing the Temporary Restraining Order before RTC Branch 17 earlier in May, the granting of the Writ of Preliminary Injunction before RTC Branch 41, further provides protection against arbitrary deprivation of sufficient supply of clean and potable water to the general public. PQAM Managing Senior Partner Atty. Greg Pallugna expresses gratitude as the humanitarian Writ ordered to be issued by the Court benefits not only the firm’s clients but also the residents of Cagayan de Oro in general.
