Modern Tropical Farm House

More than a decade after designing their family residence, our clients once again entrusted us to create another meaningful space for them — a farmhouse where they could slow down and reconnect with nature. Envisioned as a weekend and summer retreat for family and relatives, the home embraces openness, natural light, and ventilation.

Elevated from the ground, the structure allows the landscape to flow beneath while creating a shaded space for outdoor gatherings. Wide roof overhangs, expansive glazing, and a wraparound veranda blur the line between indoor living and the surrounding landscape.

A quiet retreat designed for rest, connection, and meaningful family moments.

Designing within 40 square meters — but with big requirements.

Our client challenged us to fit 8–10 workstations, a private office, small conference room, pantry, reception, and waiting area — all within a compact footprint.

We strategically positioned the workstations along the windows to maximize natural light, where the team spends most of their day. The function room and pantry were designed with dual access, serving both the reception area for guests and the main office workspace for daily operations.

Light tones and soft curves define the space, highlighted by a custom curved sofa in the waiting area. Each workstation was thoughtfully designed to support the specific needs of the staff.

Small in size, but big on intention.

Construction works are progressing well at House C, with window installation underway and painting, tiling, and lighting near completion.

After more than 30 years of serving Cagayan de Oro with their signature baked siopao, Persimmon opens a new chapter. This new branch marks a fresh beginning—one that carries the same heart and flavor the community has loved for decades, but now in a space that reflects how far the brand has come.

Currently under construction, this upcoming store is taking shape with the same warmth and comfort that define the Persimmon experience. Soon, it will be a place where tradition continues to grow, evolve, and welcome everyone back with the same aroma of freshly baked bread and siopao that started it all.
