OOA 19 0900H November 2025, Cagayan de Oro Fire District headed by FSUPT CRISTOPHER G REGENCIA represented by FINSP SAMSON T VELARDE, Station 9 Commander, attended the Enhance Managing Police Operations (EMPO) Challenge Coordination Meeting at the Conference Room, COCPO Headquarters, Barangay 40, this City.

The coordination meeting aims to finalize all necessary preparation, guidelines, and operational requirements for the successful conduct of the EMPO Challenge.

The activity (EMPO Challenge) is designed to strengthen operational capability, inter-unit coordination, and the decision-making skills of field commanders through scenario-base exercises.

🚒 This Year’s 2nd Higalaay Fire Olympics promises heart-pounding action as CFAG teams compete in various categories — hose laying and replacement of busted hoses, flammable liquid fire extinguishment, and bucket relay — showcasing their skills, readiness, and dedication to protecting lives and property.

✨ More than a competition, this event is a tribute to the unsung heroes in our barangays — the brave volunteers and responders who are always first on the scene when danger strikes.
