REGAP : Reducing Religion Gaps
Reducing Religion Gaps (REGAP) is a campaign that aims to address the religion gaps. This campaign is built by SIRA'J Muslim Organization of Xavier University - Ateneo De Cagayan.
REGAP was first initiated during the MPower Generation workshop held by Al-Qalaam Institute. The representatives had faced many religion difficulties however, religion gaps are more prominent hence it was chosen to be addressed. A workshop will be conducted by the campaign which includes series of activities such as Mosaic Making, Camera, Click It!, and Inspirational talks. This activity will be conducted to establish a deep and meaningful connections between people of different religions.
Islamophobia has been a very prominent issue for the Muslims nowadays. It diversified the people and country even. Hence, REGAP campaign is relevant. REGAP hopes to enhance unity and anti-discrimination of religion. It seeks to create bridges among the hearts of everyone to extend their perspectives and conceptions more about the religion of others so that unity and love is achieved among all.
