Thank you UP Asian Institute of Tourism for inviting me to give a talk about coffee during the Kape at Kultura Coffee Exhibition held last May 13, 2025.

Sharing my passion about coffee to the young generation is always a privilege and a blessing.

Coffee can keep you awake.
But passion alone cannot sustain you forever.

Take care of yourself too.

Eat properly. Sleep properly. Take breaks.

Spend time with family.

Success loses meaning when your health and relationships are already damaged.

Your business matters. But your life matters too.

Rest if needed.
