IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣📣📣

We are excited to announce our major project for this year — AYO sa Baryo.

AYO sa Baryo is our nationwide project and a 5-year campaign program that will run from this year until 2030.

It is a community outreach initiative where we aim to visit different communities across the Philippines to promote mental health awareness, understanding, and support. Through community talks, open discussions, and educational sessions, our goal is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and make conversations about mental well-being more accessible to every Filipino.

We believe that mental health is a community concern, not just an individual one. By bringing these conversations directly to our barangays and local communities, we hope to empower people with knowledge and encourage a culture of care, empathy, and support.

In the coming months, we will be traveling to various communities to share information about mental health, stress management, anxiety, depression, and ways to seek help.

We will be accepting recommendations/nominations until end of April 30, 2026. This will give us time to coordinate with the LGUs and plan our visit schedules accordingly. Let’s work together to build mentally healthier communities for every Filipino.
