38 Oxford Terrace in Christchurch, New Zealand.

A collaboration work during the Design Development Phase with the Local Architect in New Zealand, Marchese Partners. We assisted in the ex*****on of the design ideas and turned it into a 3D Visual.

This project is a new 8 level commercial building located in the heart of Christchurch City CBD on a spectacular north facing site fronting Otakaro/Avon river featuring 7 levels of a grade office space, ground floor retail and basement parking. The building is designed to reach IL3 achieving 100% NBS, Green Star 5 rating and NABERS 5-star rating.
