This is a harsh reality now na hindi nag tutugma ang minimum wage ng isang pinoy sa taas ng inflation ngaun. Ikaw na may pang bile or pang budget aaray ka tlaga, eh pano yung wala at sakto lang ang kita. Kung madami naman kayo sa pamilya pag nag luto ka ng adobo kung dati tig 2 tipak kayo ng baboy ngaun isa nalang, sabawan mo nalang ng madami para sabaw palang ulam na. 🤸😑.

We’re looking for someone experienced in the real estate field who’s organized, flexible, and genuinely enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is for a Transaction Coordinator, someone who can confidently manage files from contract to close, communicate with clients and agents, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
If you’ve worked in real estate before (admin, TC, or related roles), that’s a big plus! we really need someone who already understands how the process flows.
You’ll also be helping a bit with social media tasks, so if you enjoy that part, even better! Knows about video editing is a plus but not required.
