• Rate based on min. two (2) paying adults. (Johor tour requires min. 4 pax, excluding infants)
• Transfers and tours are conducted in English & on seat in coach (SIC) basis
• There is strictly no refund or replacement for transfer /tour if guest is late for pickup
• Waiting time for arrival transfer is strictly 1 hour and for other tours / transfers is strictly 10 minutes.
• Rooms are on a "first come, first serve" basis.
• Additional midnight charge from 2300hrs- 0700hrs. Please check with the respective reservation team upon making the booking.
• In the event of NO-SHOW or LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION, one (1) Night or full length charge will be imposed, depending on the seasonality. Please check with the respective reservation team upon making the booking.
