Ecology of Food 2 is for people who want ease, pleasure, and digestion to come together in the same meal. π±
We build on the foundation of EOF1 (Foundations of Food Wisdom) and move into a more hands-on, exploratory way of cooking life-force meals, weaving in practical gastronomic science principles and a deeper relationship with local native crops. πΌπΈπ₯
We will look deeply into digestion through Ayurveda β in ways that translate directly to everyday cooking and eating:
