Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects, from conception through delivery, by effectively managing teams of developers and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects within the Maritime industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project ex*****on.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the software development sector.
- Strong interest and/or experience in the Maritime industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of developers and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
