Maging mapagmatyag sa mga sumusunod na sintomas:

โผ๏ธPagdurugo ng ilong o gilagid
โผ๏ธHindi normal na pagdurugo sa tueing matuturukan

Mahalaga ang maagang pagsusuri upang maiwasan ang seryosong komplikasyon. Kung may kasaysayan ng Hemophilia sa pamilya o may nararanasang sintomas, agad na magpakonsulta sa Health Center.
Ka- perps! Ang pagdurugo na hindi normal ay may dahilan, alamin at kumilos agad bago lumala.

๐ฐ Carry a water bottle wherever you go
๐ Wear fresh and comfortable clothes
๐ Eat fruits and vegetables with high water content
๐บ Limit drinking alcohol, coffee, or tea
๐ฟ Take a bath to relieve the hot feeling in the body
Beat the heat to avoid sickness! Just follow the DOH guidelines to keep the body healthy and strong against heat-related illnesses.
