With pride in their hearts and service as their calling, FBRC CL "SARAG-TALAS" stands united during today's Flag Raising Ceremony under the leadership of π
πππππ πππππππππ ππππππ-ππππ, ππππ, NFTI Director. The activity was also attended and supported by π
πππππ ππππππ πππππ π πππππ, Chief Tactics. Together, they rise with purpose and continue their journey toward becoming dedicated public servants. The ceremony served as an opportunity to begin the week with renewed purpose while reflecting on values that continue to guide the organization in fulfilling its mandate.
Serving as the Troop Information and Education (TI&E) Speaker was Fire Trainee π΄ππππ π½ππ¦ πΏπππ‘πππππ, Bravo Company Commander, who delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking message on the essence of leadership. Quoting, πΏππππππ βππ ππ πππ‘ πππππππ ππ¦ ππππ ππ πππ ππ‘πππ, ππ’π‘ ππ¦ π‘βπ π€πππππππππ π π‘π π πππ£π, πππ ππππ, πππ ππππ ππ¦ ππ₯πππππ.β he emphasized that true leadership is rooted in integrity and selfless service.
In his address, fire trainee Lintongan highlighted that effective leadership is not defined by authority or position, but by one's actions, commitment to excellence, and ability to motivate others toward a common purpose. His message encouraged fellow trainees to lead by example, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, and remain steadfast in their dedication to public service.
In recognition of his exemplary presentation and the positive impact of his message, a ππ¦π₯π’ππΊπ’ π―π¨ ππ’π±πΆπ³πͺ was conferred upon fire trainee Lintongan as a commendation for his outstanding contribution to the Troop Information and Education program.
Also highlighted during the program was the presentation of commendations and merit awards to deserving trainees in recognition of their exceptional dedication, active participation, and valuable contributions to various institutional activities and programs.
Among those recognized were the members of the ππͺππ¦π―π΅ ππ³πͺπππ¦π³π΄ π’π―π₯ ππ’π―π€π¦ ππ³πͺπ¨π’π₯π¦, whose outstanding performances contributed to the success of the Recognition Rites of Class βSARAG-TALAS.β Special recognition was also given to the π΄ππ‘ππ ππππ£πππ for their commitment and reverence in assisting during every Holy Mass attended by the fire trainees at the Carmelite Nuns of the Holy Trinity, Kawa-kawa Hill, Ligao, City. Their faithful service reflected the values of spirituality, discipline, and devotion upheld by the institute. In addition, awards were conferred upon the πππππ‘π πΆπππππ‘π‘ππ, πππ πππ π‘ ππππ’ππππ ππππ¦πππ (ππππ ) for their remarkable achievements and contributions during the Sportsfest. πΈπβπ πΆππππππ¦ πππ πΉππ₯π‘πππ‘ πΆππππππ¦ were likewise honored as the Overall Champions, demonstrating exceptional teamwork, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence throughout the event.
The awarding ceremony served not only as a recognition of individual and collective accomplishments but also as a testament to the traineesβ commitment to excellence, leadership, and service. Through these commendations, the National Fire Training Institute reaffirmed its dedication to fostering a culture of professionalism, discipline, and holistic development among future firefighters. The recognition of these achievements stands as an inspiration for all trainees to continue striving for excellence and to uphold the highest standards of integrity, competence, and public service in their future careers.
