This is in relation with the incident that took place last night.

On behalf of Washmeister Laundry let me clarify that the we are not charging laundries by kilos but by cycles, prices vary depending on the services customers wanted to avail. We charged 70 Php for washing and 70 Pup for drying with extra charges for folding, detergent and fabric conditioner, such information is posted in our shop for everyone to know.

To that fine lady I encountered , you should have first inquired personally before asking your driver to send your laundry to us. We thought all were clear with you since laundry cycles are trend nowadays to laundry services.
We have been in the business for almost five years, and we are diligently paying our business permits so with our Bir taxes; the reason we can not just agree with your own version of costing. Please do not compare our pricing with the others.

To you again , fine good lady, why not voice your complaints accordingly than outraging public conscience in the street. There is a better venue to sit over that.
