This time around, if we fall short of the required quorum which is approximately 600 votes, the Election Committee will declare a Failure of Election.

Sec 94 of the 2021 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A.9904 Hold-Over. Where there is a justified failure to elect a new set of trustees or directors and or officers and the causes for such failure persist after a second election is called, the incumbent directors or trustees and/or officers shall be allowed to continue in a hold-over capacity until their successors are elected and qualified for the term...

We strongly encourage all members in good standing to participate, engage, and vote on election day. This is your opportunity to let your voice be heard!

Good afternoon, Amaians!
We are pleased to announce the five candidates who have submitted their Certificates of Candidacy for the upcoming 2nd 2024 Board of Directors Election. Below, we’ve included their Operational Plans for your information and awareness.
Since no additional candidates have come forward, these five will form the 2024-2026 ASLHOAI Board of Directors This time around, if we fall short of the required quorum which is approximately 600 votes, the Election Committee will declare a Failure of Election.
