The Cooperative Development Authority has issued the 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐬, 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. This Guideline shall cover all cooperatives issued with Order of Cancellation based on CDA MC 2024-09 and for violations of laws, rules and regulations being implemented by the Authority which have remaining assets and/or liabilities to third parties and/or balances in statutory funds and donations and grants.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪 | Seminar on GAD Policy and Cooperative Governance & Ethical Standards Formulation

The Local Government Unit of San Pablo City thru the City Coop Development office in coordination with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), San Pablo Cooperative Union, and the San Pablo City Cooperative Development Council, is currently conducting the Seminar on GAD Policy and Cooperative Governance & Ethical Standards Formulation at the Mega Cafeteria, Mega Capitol, Brgy. San Jose, San Pablo City.

The seminar features Atty. August Owen, Legal Officer of CDA CALABARZON, as the resource speaker, who is providing valuable insights on cooperative governance, and the formulation of ethical standards to strengthen cooperative management and operations.

The activity is graced by Hon. Martin Angelo B. Adriano Jr., Vice-Chairperson, Committee on CSO and Cooperatives, whose presence underscores the local government's continued support for cooperative development and good governance.

The seminar is attended by Seventeen (17) cooperatives in the City of San Pablo, demonstrating the cooperative sector's commitment to promoting gender responsiveness, ethical leadership, and sound governance practices.

The CDA welcomes the newly appointed Board Member III, Asec. Jesus Ferdinand De Perio Ortega.
