OPLAN PAGTUGIS: WARRANT SERVED, CIDG CAVITE PFU ARRESTS ALYAS "DONNA" FOR ALLEGED VIOLATION OF RA 9165 IN GENERAL TRIAS CITY

GENERAL TRIAS CITY, CAVITE—On June 15, 2025, a joint police operation involving the CIDG Cavite PFU Tracker Team (lead unit), the Cavite Provincial Maritime Unit, and the General Trias City Police Station (CPS) resulted in the arrest of an individual known as “Donna” in Parklane Subdivision, Barangay San Francisco, General Trias City, Cavite.

The arrest was made pursuant to a warrant for violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), CC No. TMCR-865-16, issued by the Honorable Paul Michael T. Mejia, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 131, Trece Martires City, Cavite, on June 11, 2025. Bail was set at Php 120,000.00.

The suspect was brought to the CIDG Cavite PFU office for processing and proper disposition. This arrest underscores the CIDG’s commitment to combating the illegal drug trade.
