To our rescuers๐จโ๐ and responders working tirelessly in the collapse structure incident:
Thank you for continuing to serve despite the exhaustion, pressure, and hurtful words thrown your way. In times of tragedy, people carry grief, fear, frustration, and pain differently. Yet even amid criticism, you still choose to show up, search, lift, comfort, and risk yourselves for others.
May you never lose the compassion that led you to this calling. Your efforts may not always be seen fully by the public, but to the people you have helped, comforted, and brought hope to, they matter deeply.
And to the victims and their families, our hearts are with you during this painful time. No words can truly ease the weight of uncertainty, loss, and trauma. We pray for strength, comfort, healing, and hope for every affected family. May you feel that you are not alone as an entire community stands beside you in compassion and support.
In moments like these, may we choose understanding over blame, kindness over anger, and unity over division๐
Never forget that youโve made it through every moment you once believed you couldnโt survive. ๐

Today, we recognize World Bipolar Day โ a reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health.
Bipolar disorder is not just โmood swings.โ It is a real condition that affects how a person thinks, feels, and functions in daily life. Behind every struggle is a person who deserves understanding, respect, and support.
As a community, let us:
โข Listen without judgment
โข Educate ourselves about mental health
โข Encourage those who are struggling to seek help
โข Break the stigma that prevents people from speaking out

Integrity is our Shield, Mental Health is our Strength
โSa ating mga kapwa bumbero sa CALABARZON,
In light of recent reports regarding integrity and corruption within the Bureau, we understand that many of you may be feeling a mix of emotionsโincluding frustration, concern, or even discouragement.
โWhen the badge we wear with pride faces public scrutiny, itโs natural for our morale to take a hit. But remember: The actions of a few do not define the heroism of the many.
โThe BFP R4A Mental Health Unit wants to remind everyone that internal integrity and mental well-being go hand-in-hand. Stress and moral distress are real, but they are manageable when we stand together in truth.
โWhat can we do right now?
Focus on the Mission: Continue to serve our communities with the same "Serbisyong Makatotohanan" they expect from us.
Support One Another: Check in on your colleagues. A simple "How are you?" can go a long way in maintaining a healthy workplace environment.
Choose Integrity: True peace of mind comes from knowing we have performed our duties with honesty and honor.
Talk to Us: If the current climate is affecting your mental health or your passion for the service, our doors and lines are always open.
โWe are a Bureau of heroes. Let us use this time to reflect, reset, and emerge stronger and more transparent than ever.
โKeep the fire of integrity burning!
โ
What youโre facing now is not resistance; itโs refinement. Every disciplined step, every difficult decision, is moving you closer to the outcome youโre building. Stay committed to the process, even when progress feels slow. Consistency under pressure is what turns effort into excellenceโand your results will prove it.๐
Today serves as a reminder to pause and reflect with gratitude. Sundays offer a moment to step back from the pace of the week and appreciate life in its simplest, most meaningful forms.๐
It is a time to acknowledge the value of each new day, the lessons gained through experience, and the quiet moments that bring clarity and balance. Appreciation for life grows when attention is given not only to major milestones, but also to the steady progress and small blessings often overlooked.
Healing isnโt linear. You can be doing your best and still have bad days. That doesnโt erase progressโit is part of progress. Be gentle with yourself the way you would be with someone you love whoโs hurting.
You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to ask for help. You are allowed to take up space, even when you feel messy or unsure. Your feelings are valid, even the ones you donโt know how to explain.๐
