Joash Cedrick D. Orozco of Batch Dacosta from the 1-Year International Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts and Restaurant Operations is currently taking his internship at Kasa Palma, located at Poblacion, Makati City, Metro Manila.

As part of his culinary journey, he is gaining hands-on industry experience in different kitchen stations including Cold Station, Meat & Seafood, Saucier, Garnish, and Grillardin — continuously showcasing the Gold Standard of Culinary Education through passion, discipline, and excellence in the kitchen.
