General Manager- is the one who oversees the overall operation of the business. The General Manager is also the one who identifies and addresses the problems professionally and builds partnerships with other businesses and organizations.

Administration & Operational Personnel - is the one who implements important policy regarding business operations. This personnel ensures that the business has all the legal and regulatory documents in compliance with the environmental and governmental laws and regulations and communicates and transacts with the suppliers.

Sales & Marketing Personnel - is the one who oversees branding, advertising, and promotional campaign. This personnel is the one who analyzes market trends and preparing forecasts and handles the social media accounts and online shop accounts.

Quality Control Personnel - is the one who ensures that the detail and quality standard of the product is met and inspects and tests each product that is being produced.

Financial Personnel - is the one who oversees the preparation and planning of budgets, ensure financial records are kept up to date, provides financial report and interprets financial information and analyze costs, pricing, and sales of the business.

Human Resource Personnel - is the one who provides counseling with regards to the procedures and policies of the business, is responsible for recruiting and hiring employees, develops training programs, and ensures that the business and its employees are complying with legal requirements.

Research & Development Personnel - is the one who is responsible for product research and development, technical management, and the overall grasp of the company's technical development. This personnel is also in charge to follow up and master the development trend of similar technology at home, abroad and make project R&D plans. They also supervise and control the new product development process to ensure the quality standard of new product development, organize internal and external technical cooperation and exchange activities, seek technical partners.
