WE’RE HIRING – PROFESSIONAL BARBER

BARBER.JCK is expanding, and so is our shop. We are looking for a skilled and passionate barber to join our growing team and help us continue delivering exceptional grooming services to our clients.

We are seeking an individual who is confident in delivering both modern and classic haircut styles, with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

✂️ Proficient in modern haircuts (fades, tapers, textured crops, burst fades, mullets, etc.)
✂️ Experienced in classic barbering techniques and traditional cuts
✂️ Knowledgeable in beard grooming, shaving, and styling (an advantage)
✂️ Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
✂️ Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
✂️ Passionate about continuous learning and improving barbering skills
✂️ Willing to be trained, open to further skill development, and capable of providing additional services.

What We Offer:

💈 Rate starts at ₱150 per head, depending on barber skill level
💈 Flexible compensation: 60/40 commission setup or salary-based/Minimum rate, depending on preference
💈 Government benefits: SSS and PhilHealth (if salary-based)
💈 Free rice for lunch and afternoon snack
