The consultation with the CSO focused on strengthening its recordkeeping system to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency. Together, the CSO reviewed current practices and found challenges such as missing files, and difficulty retrieving documents.

Technical assistance was provided by introducing simple best practices—like labeling and importance of documentation consistent, and a Recordkeeping Policy was drafted to define roles and responsibilities.

The session ended with a plan for monitoring progress, setting indicators like retrieval time and file completeness. Staff left confident that improved recordkeeping would enhance organizational credibility.

Furthermore, young people were consulted as they have a crucial role in the community development.
