*Tortang Pechay*
(My own version)

5 Tali of Pechay
2 red or green Bell Pepper
1/2 c.All Purpose Flour
3 Eggs
5 cloves Garlic
1 Onions
1/2 c. Oil
Pepper powder
Garlic powder
1 tbsp.Salt and seasoning
Procedure: Cut and wash pechay thoroughly and drain, then minced and set aside.
In a bowl mix all purpose flour together with minced pechay, minced onion and garlic,eggs, salt, seasoning and garlic powder.
In a pan, put oil and turn on to medium flame to boil and put every 2 spoons of the mixture and form into round and fry.
Now ready to serve! 😋😋
Dip: Ketchup or Mayonnaise
