Keep your this cozy season, with a good warm Turmeric Milk (Golden Milk)

Ingredients:
• Fresh Turmeric Root, peeled & grated
• Fresh Ginger Root
• Ground Cinnamon
• Honey
• Almond Milk
• Ground Turmeric

Instructions:
1. Allow the milk to cook for 2 to 3 minutes or warm on med-low heat
2. Using a hand whisk, mix all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
3. Pour the golden turmeric milk into a large coffee mug. If desired, add honey as sweetener.
