𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Inaasahan mo na magkakaroon ka ng more free time para mag-strategize at mag-lead. Inaasahan naman ng higher management na magagawa mo pa rin ’yung dating tasks mo habang pinapatakbo nang perpekto ’yung buong team.

𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚: Akala mo mas madali na ang buhay kasi hindi mo na gagawin ’yung actual grunt work. Ang totoo, napalitan lang ’yun ng endless alignment meetings, reports for leadership, client drama, at pagod sa pag-manage ng iba't ibang ugali ng tao. Mas nakakapagod pala mag-isip at mag-asikaso ng tao kaysa mag-execute ng task.

𝟑. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐞

𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Inaasahan ng lahat na may sagot ka sa lahat ng problema mula Day 1 dahil "boss" ka na. Inaasahan mo naman na bibigyan ka ng sapat na training at mentoring bago ka isabak sa giyera ng management life.

𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚: In the morning, pinapagalitan ka ng upper management dahil mababa ang metrics ng team. In the afternoon, nirereklamo ka ng team mo dahil masyadong mahigpit ang rules.
