𝐁𝐞 𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫 💔

Last April 7, Willow was groomed and later on checked in by her owner for an overnight stay, No down payment and no food provided. this client already had an unsettled grooming balance with us. Despite this, we chose to give him another chance and extended our trust and kindness by not requiring a down payment, as he promised to settle all balances afterward.

Going back, She was groomed and cared for during her stay. On the supposed check-out date, her owner said he would pick her up after disinfecting their house. However, he never came. The next day, he again said he would pick her up, but claimed it was a holiday and he couldn’t access his remittance. He even asked if he could leave his debit and credit cards with us as a guarantee, which we respectfully declined for security reasons.

After that, there were no updates, no messages, no answers to our calls. Most importantly, no concern shown for Willow who was left without food and without assurance.

Despite this, Willow remains in our care. We are feeding her, treating her severe tick and flea infestation, and keeping her isolated for safety. We are doing everything we can to make her feel safe and loved.

But beyond physical care, there is something we cannot provide, The reassurance she is waiting for.

Willow continues to wait for her owner, unaware of what has happened. Like all pets, she only knows loyalty, attachment, and the hope of being reunited with the person she trusts the most.

This situation is not just about one pet it is a reminder of the responsibility that comes with pet ownership. Pets are not temporary. They are not obligations you can walk away from when it becomes inconvenient. They depend on us completely for their needs, their safety, and their sense of belonging.

When you choose to have a pet, you are making a lifelong commitment. Our pets didn’t choose us, We chose them. And when we did, we took on the responsibility to love and care for them for life.

We hope this serves as a reminder to always act with responsibility, compassion, and accountability.

Taking care of and loving Willow comes easily to us, but the hardest part is seeing her wait for a home that may never come. 💔
