Up-Up CERAB

The Air Installation and Base Development Command (AIBDC) thru the 790th Air Base Group Civil-Military Operations (GCMO), conducted Usapang Pangkapayapaaan, Usapang Pangkaunlaran (UP-UP) CERAB by interviewing "Sir Elpidio Dela Cruz ", Tribal Chieftain, Sitio Katipunan, Brgy Bueno, Capas, Tarlac in support to the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) of the government for the 2nd Quarter of CY-2024.
