From the shimmering waters of Tambo Lake in Sta. Juliana Capas, Tarlac, our Mutya ning Katutubo candidates emerge—carrying the harvest of our land and the stories of our ancestors. 🌿
This year’s theme celebrates the abundance of our lake, known for its tilapia farming and restocking, symbolizing the resilience and growth of the indigenous spirit.

More than just a pageant, this is a tribute to: The Waters that sustain us, The Harvest that feeds our families & The Women who carry our culture forward.

Join us as we celebrate the beauty, strength, & the grace of the katutubo—inspired by nature, driven by heritage at the Brgy. Sta. Juliana Covered Court on Feb. 13 2026 at 7 PM to witness the crowning of the next Mutya Ning Katutubo.
