𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘀 𝗠𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗲

Upon the directive of Mayor "Boots" Rodriguez , a 7-member volunteer team from the Capas Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) deployed to Angeles City yesterday, May 29, to help at the collapsed 9-story building site.

Stepping forward in the true spirit of bayanihan, the Capas team volunteered to assist exhausted local crews with the heavy debris-clearing and retrieval operations. Working through twisted steel and concrete, the 7-member team provided vital backup and relief to the ground personnel.
