The NSTP students attended an enlightening discussion on 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 9262, also known as 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 2004, led by 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮 𝗗. 𝗞𝗶𝗺.

The session aimed to raise awareness about the forms of violence covered under VAWC, emphasize the importance of understanding one’s rights, and encourage students to take an active role as responsible citizens in promoting gender sensitivity.

October 4, 2025 | During the NSTP class, Sir Hanz Huet delivered a brief but meaningful discussion of 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 1987 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, also known as the 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬.

In a recent NSTP class, students participated in a discussion on the 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢 - 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐰, where the session highlighted the legal implications of hazing and the importance of protecting the rights and welfare of every people.

The students of NSTP Class came alive with energy and creativity as each team proudly presented their yells and slogans, reflecting the values of discipline, service, and teamwork.

The session focused on building confidence, teamwork, and service-oriented values that will help them become future leaders and responsible citizens.

The NSTP Law, as explained by 𝐒𝐢𝐫. 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐳 𝐇𝐮𝐞𝐭, one of the NSTP instructors. It is a national law in the Philippines that mandates college students to take the National Service Training Program (NSTP) as part of their curriculum. It aims to develop the youth’s civic consciousness and defense preparedness through involvement in various community-based and nation-building activities.

The Dominican College of Tarlac welcomed the 𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 at the 𝗕𝗣𝗝𝗝 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 for the National Service Training Program (NSTP) session for the first semester of the academic year 2025-2026.

During the session, the NSTP instructors and volunteers had the NSTP students explain the purpose, goals, and expected projects of NSTP.
