Farm Manager
Qualifications:
* Male/Female
* Graduate of any 4 year course and with at least 4-5 years of working experience as Farm Manager or manage a farm.
* Team player and no criminal record
* Must have Driver's License
* Stayin and able to bring husband/wife and children.

Job Functions:

• Plan finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters
• Manage / Supervise daily activities of farm workers.
• Market the farm's products
• In charge of buy supplies, such as feeds and other raw mats.
• Arrange the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
• Maintain and monitor the quality of yield of livestock.
• Make sure products are ready for deadlines and meet target quota.
• Monitor animal health and welfare, including liaising with vets
• Apply health and safety standards across the farm estate
• Protect the environment and maintaining biodiversity
• Keep financial records up to date
