It is a song of the people striving to attain “Kamurayaw” as the profound and progressive vision where honest service, justice, peace, empathy, love and care for all are met. Catarman is also a song depicting the joy of coming home that “bisan diin ka pa ig-abot, mabalik ka gihapon sa Catarman” or to your home town because of the many reasons to celebrate.
