Participants were reminded that a faithful leader leads by example—remaining committed, obedient, and steadfast even in challenging times.

The discussion encouraged everyone to develop leadership rooted in character and trust, showing consistency in both words and actions. It was a powerful reminder that leadership is not about position, but about influence and faithfulness in every responsibility entrusted to us.
