^^, On Saturday, August 24th, I started playing Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia from Nintendo DS via DeSmuME Emulator.
Just 3 days later, Konami released Castlevania Dominus Collection, which includes Order of Ecclesia, Portrait of Ruin, and Dawn of Sorrow, all from Nintendo DS. The collection also added remastered Haunted Castle arcade. I stopped playing on emulator and switch to optimal PC platform of this game collection.
Order of Ecclesia is the most difficult among these games, and on its way to my 5th Castlevania game to be beaten (Super CV4, Curse of Darkness, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Symphony of the Night). The main character, Shanoa, for myself is the best female character in the franchise.
^^, Vengeance before virtue. Another gameplay battle did before in Dynasty Warriors 6. I used Liu Bei here, the one who initiates this battle. The man of virtue and benevolence turns to the man who is out for revenge for the death of his sworn brothers. I do like this character arc of Liu Bei among other leaders of the Three Kingdoms. Historically, Shu forces was defeated by Wu, and Liu Bei ends in sad, grief ending.
Myself as a player really want to help him exact vengeance. In this battle, the complete opposite of history happened. A well-calculated strategy with unbridled rage will make the Wu forces pay.
The music 'With Vengeance' wholly self-explains what our forces out for. Being the most tragic out of the three kingdoms, Shu have the best music collection both historical and hypothetical routes.

^^, I did the previous battle in Dynasty Warriors 6 before, you will be the one to initiate the flood attack. Now in this game, the enemy will be the ones to do it, thus you have to prevent it. Historically, this battle led to Guan Yu's ultimate defeat. But with our Warriors game prowess, Xu Shu's cool guided strategy, awesome reinforcements, manage to tremble the enemies to defeat. Guan Yu seems underequipped in this gameplay, but he is the God of War.

^^, Using one of my saves that have no steal rule, finishing this game on defeating Isaac, Death, and Dracula. Next record gameplay will be twin tower ascend-descend run. Hector is a badass character just as Alucard, Soma Cruz and most of Belmonts, even though the Netflix program butchered his character.
